ACE 2011 – Full Productivity in 7 days, no time out of clinic for training
We were invited by Allscripts to present our incredible training results at the 2011 Allscripts Annual Customer Experience conference in Nashville TN. The presentation titled, “Successful Phased Rollout & Training Approach” highlighted the experience of one of our customers, Tucson Orthopaedics Institute and how they benefited from our highly sophisticated training approach.

By using the OptimizeHIT training platform, we were able to deliver a hybrid training program divided into a web based prerequisite focused on the basic functionality of the EHR, in addition to a live training component. Because the platform allowed us to deliver customized and relevant training to physicians at the time and place most convenient for them before and AFTER implementation, the scope of the live training component was more focused. This enabled us to reduce the live training component to only 5 hours, divided into two-1 hour Dragon training classes, and a single 3 hour training course.
