Although we can offer long term implementation services, most of our engagements involve a transition plan to maximize long term value for our customers. We typically begin with an assessment of the implementation goals and potential challenges, then provide advanced training to the organization's internal team. Using our vast experience, we work with the organization to help create a customized implementation plan based on best practices. This may include a plan to roll out a single module, or the entire EHR. Our initial involvement in the implementation is significant, allowing quick and initial success to help the organization gain momentum and acquire experience. Throughout the implementation, the organization's internal team involvement grows till ultimately there is a changing of the guard. With growing experience and successful waves of implementations under their belt, the organization is ready to continue with their implementation independently, yet can remain confident that our experts are only a phone call or email away!
