Despite 520 hours of time spent by their surgeons to help guide development by another group of clinical consultants, the implementation of V11 Note failed. ImplementHIT was able to turnaround the entire project consuming only 50 hours of their surgeon's time. Of that, only 5 hours required scheduling and the remaining 45 was independent review performed at the time and place most convenient for the surgeons.
