About the event
Dr. Jimenez, tech-enabled behavior change expert, will discuss the latest concepts in digital health entrepreneurship, AI and IP strategies. Dr. Jimenez spent the last nearly two decades of his career as a physician focused on healthcare technology innovation, including initiatives impacting the behavior and performance of over 1/3rd of all US physicians, building software used in over 2,000 hospitals and clinics exceeding the latest cybersecurity requirements, and solutions aimed at building resilience and self-management capabilities in patients with chronic disease. During this time, he founded and operated a healthcare software development company for over 10 years, cofounded a revenue cycle AI company which was acquired, and served as a strategic advisor for a digital health company post-series-A during and through their launch and IPO on the London Stock exchange. Dr. Jimenez is a Dartmouth, Brown, and Cornell alumni with access to their broad networks, double board certified in Public Health and Prevention, as well as Clinical Informatics, with three post-doctoral graduate degrees. Dr. Jimenez currently holds a voluntary faculty appointment with Mount Sinai Hospital in NY and is licensed in 19 states providing virtual preventive care access to more than half of the US population. Dr. Jimenez have extensive revenue cycle, quality, performance, documentation integrity, coding, compliance, and risk stratification experience. He also developed the only course on Clinical Documentation Improvement and Artificial Intelligence offered by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) to their 100k plus US members including senior health information management and revenue cycle leaders in hospitals across the nation.
