Gary DeJarnett
President and Chief Compliance Officer
As President and Chief Compliance Officer, Gary DeJarnett brings a wealth of expertise in leading global remote teams, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance in healthcare technology. With a strong foundation in technology and business management, Gary has successfully overseen the development and implementation of ImplementHIT's flagship LMS product, OptimizeHIT, adopted by major healthcare organizations. Gary's commitment to exceptional client relationship management has enabled the company to retain customers in a competitive market, while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies such as AI integration. Gary's cross-cultural experiences and collaborative approach have helped build a world-wide talented workforce that drives the company's success. As an alumnus of Texas Tech University, Gary holds a BBA in Management Information Systems and possesses certifications from Amazon Web Services and Adobe.
Julio Solis
Chief Information Officer
Julio Solis is an information systems engineer and highly experienced leader with over 10 years of experience developing healthcare software. Julio leads by example and ensures that his team delivers high-quality software products on time and within budget. He’s very effective at incorporating edge technologies, and working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to leverage technology in the most efficient ways to help solve problems in healthcare. Julio holds an engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería - Instituto de Estudios Superiores.
Andres Jimenez MD MSED MBA MS
Founder and Board Chair
Dr. Jimenez is board certified in Public Health and Prevention, and Clinical Informatics, and has an extensive background in technology-driven behavior change, focusing on improving patient care and preventing chronic diseases. His experience includes leading behavior change initiatives impacting a third of US physicians, co-founding an AI-based revenue cycle company, and authoring a book on disease prevention. Dr. Jimenez has worked on a NIOSH-funded lifestyle medicine program for 9/11 responders, co-founded a Free-Clinic and CDC-recognized Diabetes Prevention program, and served as a strategic advisor for a digital health company through their launch and IPO on the London Stock Exchange. His expertise lies in leveraging technology to promote behavioral change in healthcare professionals and patients, fostering improved health outcomes. Dr. Jimenez is an alumnus of Dartmouth, Brown, and Cornell.
